Strong communication ability:
- MPI communication mode:
CTSC-100 series CPU can connect to the MPI network, communication rate of 19.2KBit/s which can only as slave station in the MPI network, the different slave stations can not communicate while the master stations can get the data of slave station.
- Freeport communication mode:
CTSC-100 series CPU support 1 freeport which can not switch to PPI protocol, embedded several free communication protocol library such as MODBUS/USS etc.
also you can compile certain communication protocols by yourself so as to realize communicating among different devices.
TrustPLC CTSC-100 PLC Use Instruction:
1. The CPU grounding point should be connected to signal ground but not alternating current ground. If there is no good place to put ground, vacant but not connect to the devices.
2. Both ends of the Communication lines should be well grounded and both end of the network must use network connector with terminal resistance .
3. RORT0 is programming port, Fport is freeport,both are RS485, can not insert and pull out communication lines with power supply, excessive static electricity may damage the interface.

Powerful Communication
o PPI Communication Mode
CTSC-200 series CPU modules,integrating 1 or 2 PPI port in RS485 interface,provide transmitting rate of 9.6Kbps,19.2Kbps or 187.5Kbps.
PPI is working in token ring,therefore,it is able to construct a PPI network without any repeater to exchange data by NETR and NETW,
the size of each data package is 200 bytes in maximum,and the maximum number of PPI connection is 8,that is to say,one CPU may communcate with 8 CPU or PC at the same time.
When a automation control system is big so one CPU can not meet the control requirement,
you can apply more than one set of PLC to make up a PPI network to implement distributed control.
Because of powerful communication capacity of CTSC-200 CPU, it has high reliability to implement quick data exchange.
o MPI Communcation Mode
CTSC-200 series CPU Modules can be connected to MPI network with transmitting rate of 19.2Kbps or 187.5Kbps,CTSC-200 series CPU modules can only act as MPI slave station.
Among the MPI network,MPI master station is able to read data from MPI slave,but it is not available for MPI slaves to communicate each others.
o Freeport Communication Mode
CTSC-200 series CPU modules integrate 1 or 2 freeports,the freeports do not support PPI protocol. CPU module integrates more than one communication protocol library,
such as MODBUS,USS, and so on.User can also program to implement his own communication protocol according to his requirements.
Two freeport in a CPU can communicate in the same time,therfore,CTSC-200 PLC is able to meet your requirements of high speed communication,synchro control or many peripheral equipments.
o DP Communication Mode
With DP slave interface module, TrustPLC CTSC-200 PLC is able to connect to PROFIBUS-DP network to work as one of the remote slave station of a DP master station,
so it is high reliable for CTSC-200 PLC to exchange real-time data with DP network.
